About the role:
Are you passionate about human resources and eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic work environment As an HR Intern at Totalstay youll play a vital role in supporting our HR team while gaining handson experience in various HR functions.
Youd be an excellent fit for this role if you have:
- Completed degree in Industrial Psychology or a related HR diploma
- 12 years of experience in an administrative or HRrelated role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Your roles and responsibilities:
Your primary duties will involve:
- Assist with recruitment activities including sourcing candidates screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement training programs and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support for HRrelated tasks such as preparing documentation updating employee files and coordinating meetings.
- Contribute to employee engagement efforts and assist in organising company events or initiatives.
- Participate in social corporate responsibility initiatives and projects.
- Support in drafting contracts and other HRrelated documentation.
- Assist in benefits administration and employee relations tasks.
- Handle general inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures
