Roleand Responsibilities:
Thekey focus of the role is to support the Field Engineering workforce on the dayto day of customer installations. Reportdirector to our Team Leader and will engage with team members and otherinternal departments outsourced suppliers and customers.
Youwill assist in making sure key processes and activities are adhered to such asstart and end of day time slot adherence jeopardy management and engineerutilization. They will confirm that all daily jobs have been completed and allthe key information is captured liaising with the field teams to resolve anyissues.
The Installationcoordinator role will be assisting the team with our customers during theinstall process.
You will beinitiating the install process and seeing it through to completion.
You will take onothers installation administration tasks when colleagues are unavailable.
You will be requiredto input and update data into the company internal systems as necessarycontinually liaising with other departments within the business. Training willbe given
You will be able tokeep track of multiple installations manage the installation diary and ensurefield engineers are where they should be.
You will not requireknowledge of broadband engineering (youll pick it up) but should be able toliaise with the engineering teams/management as required.
Manage customersatisfaction and ensure customer expectations are realistic.
Manage reportedrepairs and raise rickets to technical support as required.
You will be requiredto make outbound calls to customer and remain calm and professional when thingsdo not go according to expectations.
You will be able tolook at computer mapping and online imagery and be able to make rationaldecisions relating to installations (training will be given).
You will need to havea family and approachable manner on the phone.
Complete daily/weeklyreporting.
