DEPARTMENT ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a personal banker to assist our customers in managing their bank accounts and finances. Youll be responsible for building longterm relationships with clients and crossselling them our products and services. Personal bankers should be excellent communicators with knowledge of our banking processes and products. Youll be the face of our bank and well depend on you to provide highquality customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Advise customers on bank services for their needs (ex. Loans credit cards investment services)
- Manage customer bank accounts; including opening closing and processing transactions
- Resolve any issues with banking services and accounts
- Refer clients to product experts as needed
- Reach out to potential customers to generate new business
- Perform administrative duties related to accounts
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure highquality customer service
- Handle customer needs by providing high level solutions to questions and concerns
- Make sound decisions based on our policies/procedures with a solid risk assessment
- Assist with the consumer and commercial lending process.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of customer service experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in sales or customer service field
- Excellent communication skills
- Customeroriented approach to problem solving
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of banking practices and regulations
- Cash handling experience
