Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detailorientedSenior Manager Accounts Payableto oversee ProcuretoPay (P2P) & lead accrual cost management process. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting standards accrual management cost analysis and APrelated reporting. This role requires effective team management stakeholder collaboration and process improvement initiatives to ensure seamless accounts payable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & ProcuretoPay Process

  • Oversee theProcuretoPay (P2P) process ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
  • Manage vendor reconciliations advance payments and resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies taxation laws (GST/TDS) and regulatory requirements in AP operations.

Financial Reporting & Accrual Management

  • Performindirect cost analysis and reporting ensuring accurate cost allocation.
  • Manageindirect cost accruals ensuring timely and accurate recognition of expenses.
  • Oversee APrelatedmonthly quarterly and yearly financial reportingfor management and auditors.
  • Drivecost optimization initiativesby identifying opportunities for process efficiency.

Audit & Compliance

  • Leadinternal and external auditsrelated to Accounts Payable.
  • Ensure compliance withaccounting standards and internal financial controls(ICFR).
  • Implement best practices to improve governance and risk management in AP operations.

ERP & System Implementation

  • Manage and optimize Accounts Payable processes withinFusion ERPor similar platforms (preferable).
  • Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in invoice processing.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a team ensuringefficient work allocation and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with procurement finance and business stakeholders to streamline processes.
  • Maintain strongwritten and oral communication skillsto effectively engage with internal and external partners.

Key Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (ICAI) qualificationwith810 years of postqualification experience.
Strong knowledge ofaccounting standards and APrelated financial reporting.
Knowledge inP2P process management.
Experience incost analysis accrual management and indirect cost reporting.
Exposure toAPrelated audits(Statutory Tax Internal ICFR).
Proficiency inERP systems(Fusion ERP preferred).
Strongteam management and leadership skills.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication.
