The role will include assisting with property acquisitions dispositions and development transactions in the outpatient medical sector. The candidate will provide support throughout all aspects of a transaction including sourcing underwriting negotiating transaction documents and closing. Applicants should have extensive experience in the following skill sets: financial analysis of real estate investments including knowledge of Argus software and modeling; negotiation of commercial real estate purchase and sale contracts; and an ability to lead and coordinate real estate due diligence processes and teams for multiple transactions at a time. Further the role will entail performing indepth market research business development and networking with local real estate brokers and property owners in targeted markets. Occasional nationwide travel is required.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and transactions at once leadership superior organization and be goaldriven.
