Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: From 25000 per annum
40 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a warm homely environment bursting with resources designed to create inviting yet stimulating surroundings. The nursery caters to children aged six weeks to five years supporting their progress and development with the care of a closeknit dedicated team.
With a large outdoor area available to children at all times the nursery promotes freeflow between indoor and outdoor spaces fostering a balanced and dynamic learning experience for every child.
Qualifications
- Recognised Qualification: Possess Level 3 in Early Years or above providing a robust foundation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for supporting childrens development.
- Dedication and Expertise: Demonstrate a proven track record of dedication expertise and passion for early years education as a Nursery Practitioner.
- Indepth Familiarity: Showcase indepth familiarity with child development early years education principles and best practices informed by the latest research and industry standards.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills fostering strong nurturing relationships with children adults and effectively engaging with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities
- Create a Secure and Engaging Environment: Develop and maintain a secure and engaging environment for young children encouraging curiosity and facilitating exploration.
- AgeAppropriate Activity Development: Design and implement ageappropriate activities that nurture childrens social emotional physical and cognitive development tailored to their individual needs and interests.
- Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Assess and monitor each childs progress maintaining open and effective communication with parents and caregivers to offer comprehensive feedback and support.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to cultivate a positive environment for both children and colleagues championing a culture of respect compassion and teamwork.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to nursery policies procedures and regulatory standards prioritizing the welfare and advancement of children.
