Job Description

The Tygart Hotel Team is dedicated to delivering luxury within reach complemented by exceptional service and beautiful surroundings. The historic hotel a landmark in itself is Elkins grandest hotel. Eclectic and fun guests will discover a rich reflection of the culture with this boutique hotel.

Taylor Hospitality is looking to hire a Part Time Breakfast Attendant to work at the newly renovated Tygart Hotel in Elkins WV.

The Breakfast Attendants responsibility is to ensure that all guests are served to the hotels standard. Display highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times.

Compensation: $12.50 /hr 1624 hrs weekly)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional experiences for our guests
  • Be Cheerful Outgoing and Happy to our guests...if you are smiling they are smiling!
  • Set up breakfast items before guests begin arriving
  • Keep up with tidiness and cleanliness around breakfast area
  • Frequently check and replenish food supply
  • Properly disposes of used plates utensils napkins trash etc.
  • Ensure inventory is stocked and properly stored prior to the next days shift
  • Ensure cleanliness of linen silverware and glassware
  • Set tables correctly and uniformly
  • Set professional creative functional clean food area

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work 4:30am11:00am
