Are you a passionate Geography ECT looking to start your teaching career in a supportive and highachieving school

We are seeking an enthusiastic Geography ECT to join a welcoming secondary school in Richmond from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your teaching skills within an experienced Geography department.

The Role of a Geography ECT & Requirements:
Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons to inspire students.
Teach topics across physical and human geography.
Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback.
Work closely with experienced colleagues to refine teaching practice.
Hold QTS (or working towards QTS) and a degree in Geography or a related subject.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
