Job Description
Designer Contracts is the UKs largest flooring contractor operating across 13 regional facilities. As well as floor covering the company provides curtains and blinds furniture and lighting.

Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Fitting Planning Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Exeter.
Salary 28000plus bonus
Type Permanent Full Time
Working Pattern Monday to Friday 8:00am to 16:30pm

We are looking for a wellorganised individual that has a positive and enthusiastic approach to challenges and problems to be able to manage the work and meet varying deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be required to ensure a smooth operation of all aspects of the fitters and diary to allow Managers time to effectively manage the office.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
- Responsible for arranging daily work load
- Liaise with Fitters sites sales and clients
- Ensuring goods and paperwork is correct and ready for the next days work
- Assist with Administration duties
Key Requirements:
- The successful applicant will be able to prove they can work in a variety of situations.
- Have strong administration skills
- Be able to prioritise and multi task and maintain the highest levels of accuracy.
- Be a strong team player
- You will be articulate possess excellent IT and communication skills and work well under pressure.
