About the role
As a Chapter Lead (EasySuite & FullStack) you are accountable for building worldclass capability within your chapter with a strong focus on EasySuite. Bringing deep domain expertise you will develop this knowledge and foster Tshaped capabilities in your chapter members through coaching training and career development. Collaborating with other leaders (Chapter Leads & Player Coaches) you will help shape the chapter roadmap and take responsibility for embedding new capabilities and standards through a mix of coaching training and handson delivery.
What youll do
- Lead and develop a team of engineers providing technical direction and best practices
- Recruit mentor and retain Chapter members supporting career growth and performance management
- Drive team performance to meet strategic goals targets and budget requirements
- Enable continuous delivery and automation practices to enhance delivery speed and efficiency
- Works with cross functional team members to deliver low latency platforms and services
- Provide ongoing support for platforms as required e.g. problem and incident management
What youll bring
- 8 years in technology including 4 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record to develop coach and engage technology professionals
- Handson experience with EasySuite software and related integrations
- Expertise in Java Spring Boot and scripting languages (Python Groovy Bash)
- Strong understanding of TDD (JUnit mocking) and CI/CD best practices (Maven Jenkins Git)
- Experience in cloud development (AWS Lambda SNS SQS CloudWatch DynamoDB)
