Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Skill: Snr Java Developer
Role / Tier: Tier 1
Key responsibility:
Design develop and maintain software applications using Java Spring Boot and microservices.
Handle support tickets troubleshoot and fix production issues promptly.
Deploy applications on AWS using services such as S3 CloudFront and Route53.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD managing stages and deployment processes.
Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment to deliver software olutions.
Write and maintain comprehensive JUnit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues using tools like Splunk for query analysis.
Use basic Linux commands for system administration and troubleshooting.
Manage code versions and collaborate using Git.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with Java Spring Boot and microservices.
Strong experience with AWS services such as S3 CloudFront and Route53.
Proficient in implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and ArgoCD.
Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participating in Agile teams.
Strong knowledge of JUnit testing and commitment to delivering highquality software.
Experience with Splunk querying and basic Linux commands.
Proficient in Git for version control.
Excellent problemsolving communication and teamwork skills.
Develop and maintain serverside applications using Java and Spring frameworks.
