Hours: MF 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: $80000
Clinical Licensure Required (LCSW or LMHC)

- Provide clinical and / or administrative supervision to clinicians.
- Carry a caseload and provide direct services
- Supervise interns.
- Assign cases for intake.
- Monitor clinician productivity.
- Monitor clinician adherence to paperwork requirements (progress notes initial intakes comprehensive assessments treatment plans treatment plan reviews discharge/transfer summaries insurance authorizations Pediatric Symptom Checklists CANS SDQ SIDAC BPRS Health and Wellness Surveys CAGE CRAFFT ATP Tracking Forms Utilization Reviews Chart Reviews Consumer Satisfaction Surveys client selfsurveys client services agreement and any other mandatory forms).
- Cosign OMH required assessments and progress notes.
- Monitor Insurance / OTR adherence.
- Utilize The Big Picture (Performance Evaluations Job Descriptions Job Tasks Page Supervision Log).
- Participate in supervision.
- Perform internal chart reviews.
- Cochair clinic team meetings and in the absence of the director lead the team meeting.
- Participate in and /or coordinate special projects.
- Attend internal agency and community meetings if director of mental health clinics is unavailable to attend.
- Write performance evaluations.
