This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and customerexperience focused individuals to join Accommodation Catering and Events as a Summer Night Receptionist to help our teams deliver a high consistent standard of customer service.
The Opportunity:
The successful candidates will be based at our Reception Centre located at Pollock Halls; however flexibility is required to support our other hotels which are offsite. Those successful in this role will work closely with the wider team to provide highlevels of customer service. This will involve dealing with inperson enquiries as well as communication via telephone and email.
