Grade UE03:per annum prorata for part time plus 30 Premium Band
CSG/Accommodation Catering and Events/Pollock Halls
Parttime: 28 hours per week 4dayson 4daysoff weekly schedule)
Fixedterm: 26 May to 14 September 2025

This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and customerexperience focused individuals to join Accommodation Catering and Events as a Summer Night Receptionist to help our teams deliver a high consistent standard of customer service.
The Opportunity:
The successful candidates will be based at our Reception Centre located at Pollock Halls; however flexibility is required to support our other hotels which are offsite. Those successful in this role will work closely with the wider team to provide highlevels of customer service. This will involve dealing with inperson enquiries as well as communication via telephone and email.

- Excellent customer service.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure for a period of time.
- High awareness and concern for customer service requirements in both commercial and student environment.
- The ability to quickly learn and become proficient in using software systems.
