DescriptionJoin our team! We are seeking a compassionate dedicated Audiologist to join our growing ENT practice in a rural Minnesota community. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with patients of all ages in a communityfocused multidisciplinary environment. The Audiologist will be responsible for performing comprehensive diagnostic testing counseling patients on hearing health fitting and dispensing hearing aids and providing followup care. You will also work collaboratively with an Audiology Assistant Hearing Instrument Dispenser in training and ENT specialists to provide care for patients with hearing and balance disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing assessments for patients of all ages including newborns children and adults.
- Diagnose the nature and degree of hearing loss providing patients with detailed information regarding treatment options.
- Fit program and dispense hearing aids and other assistive listening devices; priority and focus on pediatrics and those with medically complex hearing loss.
- Provide patients with counseling and education on hearing health hearing loss management and communication strategies.
- Work collaboratively with ENT specialists in diagnosing and treating complex hearing and balance issues.
- Participate in patient education and outreach programs to promote hearing health awareness within the community.
- Provide followup care and continuous support to patients with hearing aids and assistive devices.
- Stay uptodate with the latest audiology practices technologies and industry trends.

QualificationsMinimum level of education includes a postgraduate doctoral degree AuD in Audiology.
Current State of MinnesotaAudiologist License.
Certificate of Clinical CompetencyAudiology (CCCA) issued by the American SpeechLanguageHearing Association.
- Doctoral degree in Audiology (AuD) from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Audiologist in Minnesota.
- Experience in clinical audiology including diagnostic testing hearing aid fitting and pediatrics.
- Strong communication and patient care skills with the ability to work with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work independently in a rural communitybased setting while being part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of and experience with various audiology equipment and hearing aid technology.
- Passion for helping individuals improve their quality of life through better hearing.
