Job Description
**NOW HIRING: FLEET PLANNER**
We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Fleet Planner to join our team. This key position will focus on managing the logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain logistics ISO tanks and a strong ability to monitor and optimize fleet operations.
As a Fleet Planner you will play a critical role in managing equipment levels ensuring timely repositioning coordinating with internal teams and maintaining smooth fleet operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization that is a leader in the tank container industry.
Responsibilities:
Monitor equipment levels across North Central and South America.
Track import/export volumes to identify equipment imbalances and report to Operations and Sales.
Review and update depot inventory reports for both Americas.
Request and upload periodic test certifications from leasing companies.
Manage equipment positioning between regions/depot locations.
- Assign suitable ISO Tank Containers to export orders and manage equipment status with Export teams.
Review SDS for product compatibility and provide recommendations to Operations & Sales teams.
Coordinate with cleaning/depot facilities to optimize tank turnaround time.
- Regularly update Container Tracking Tool and equipment status reports.
Approve vendor invoices related to fleet responsibilities.
Participate in team meetings to suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
1 years in the ISO Tank field preferred
5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics
Strong organizational skills and problemsolving ability
Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic challenges
Prioritize workload and work independently in a fastpaced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Bilingual is a plus
