Job Description
We are looking for SAP SF EC Consultants for Bengalurubased projects for a largescale project. This is a permanent role with a global IT service leader.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Cloud EC Payroll
- Experience with EC to ECP replication
- Maintain and support dev test and production instances of ECP
- Manage tickets with SAP related to ECP
- Work alongside the Payroll team and Benefits team to explore new system features ensuring theyre fit for purpose and are aligned with the People Technology team strategies
- Design configure and maintain all SAP payroll components including; wage types benefits integration deductions a limit on deductions offcycle activity accumulations date and period modifiers offcycle activity thirdparty remittance posting to accounting accruals tax structure BSI garnishments and reporting.
- Configure and maintain all wage types and determine taxation rules FI mapping info type association and permissibility rules
- Maintain configuration and integration for BSI Factory
- Review analyze and test the impact of payrollrelated changes included in support packages
- Provide postgolive support
- Maintain necessary documentation
- Create ECP reports
- They are looking for someone with solid IT/service management skills.
