Industry: Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
Overview:
RPO Recruitments client in the FMCG industry are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the FMCG industry and will be responsible for leading and developing our national sales team to achieve targets and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives across the country
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales strategies
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel nationally as required
