Job Title: Domestic Travel Consultant
Location: Moti Nagar
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: 20k to 30K
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Domestic Travel Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking domestic
travel arrangements ensuring smooth and hasslefree experiences. This role requires
excellent customer service strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of
domestic travel destinations regulations and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking domestic travel including flights
accommodations transportation and travel insurance.
Provide expert advice on travel destinations routes and seasonal promotions.
Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
Ensure compliance with local travel regulations and industry standards.
Handle travelrelated inquiries cancellations and rescheduling.
Maintain strong relationships with airlines hotels and other travel service providers.
Stay updated on industry trends promotions and travel advisories.
Process payments invoices and ensure accurate documentation for each booking.
Deliver excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Domestic Travel Agent or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations airlines and travel packages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Customer serviceoriented with a keen attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
Certification from IATA ASTA or other relevant travel organizations is a plus.
