You will be joining one of our Live Studios working in our Portfolio games studio.
Role
Create optimize and implement visually stunning visual effects (VFX) and shaders ensuring high performance on mobile platforms.
Develop and maintain efficient art 3D and animation pipelines optimizing asset workflows to support smooth team collaboration.
Integrate and optimize assets including 3D models and visual effects within Unity delivering seamless gameplay experiences across various mobile devices.
Build and maintain tools scripts and automation processes to streamline workflows enabling faster iteration for art and development teams.
Contribute actively to crossdiscipline discussions providing feedback and ideas that elevate the games quality and align with its overall vision. Collaborate closely with artists engineers and designers to achieve a cohesive and polished final product.
Profile
Experience working with Unitys rendering pipeline (URP/HDRP) shader programming (HLSL/Shader Graph) and GPU performance optimization techniques particularly for 3D content and visual effects.
Proficiency in C# Python or other relevant scripting languages for developing custom tools and automation pipelines.
Understanding of mobile hardware limitations including memory constraints rendering bottlenecks and best practices for reducing draw calls and optimizing game performance.
Handson experience with profiling tools (e.g. Unity Profiler RenderDoc) to identify and resolve performance issues.
Familiarity with 3D modeling rigging and VFX tools (e.g. Blender Maya Houdini Unity VFX Graph) is a strong plus.
Experience with animation rigging procedural animation techniques or character setup (e.g. Unitys Animation Rigging package Mecanim or Spine) is a bonus.
