Overview
Position: Physical Therapist Ortho/Oncology
Location: Magnolia TX
Schedule: Full time Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm
Compensation: $72000 $95000 (experience pending)
Incentives: $20K sign on bonus and student loan repayment plan
Our Magnolia Select Physical Therapy center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences. Our highly trained and respected physical therapy team provides preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote the wellbeing of our patients. We utilize a variety of evidencebased treatment and manual therapy techniques to create individualized treatment plans that help each patient achieve their specific goals.
For individuals interested in serving the oncology population seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team who provide rehabilitative services to help improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population which must be completed within the first 612 months of employment. This is an emerging ReVital clinic your caseload would include a mix of orthopedics and some oncology rehabilitation. Strong candidates will have a desire to grow the oncology population alongside the ReVital Program Director.

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900 specially trained multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities
- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate treat and direct treatment for patients
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
- Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certified
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in cancer rehabilitation
