Recruiting Manager

Manage a team to identify recruit select and place qualified candidates for management professional and technical positions. Develop and implement recruitment and employment programs that will attract develop and deploy talent to drive business goals for their assigned Sector(s). Lead the recruitment process from start to finish partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Recruiting Manager: $78000 $120750 plus annual bonus.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical Dental Vision 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Recruiting Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Manages recruitment and employment programs implementing improvements to staffing processes including sourcing and selection.
  • Works with management to ensure the timely understanding of current and future workforce needs. Evaluates these needs providing advice as appropriate.
  • Directs motivates and develops staff maximizing individual contributions and supporting professional growth.
  • Develops and/or implements recruitment best practices that support the organizations goals and direction.
  • Oversees the development and utilization of an applicant database recruiting tools/boards monitor applicant progress through the application process produce actionable reports and information and audit and ensure corrections with the team members.
  • Develop and/or implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels including job boards social media networking events and industryspecific platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends best practices and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Ensures applicable recruiting activities are in compliance with OFCCP EEO and Affirmative Action Plans.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Oversees the Hiring Protocol and Outreach lists.
  • Manages employees effectively including coaching accountability and ensuring a high performing workforce.
  • Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned.

Recruiting Manager Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:

  • Requires a bachelors degree with at least 7 years of prior recruiting/staffing experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years recruiting leadership or management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strongly prefer experience with federal government contract hiring.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexible mindset and adaptability required.
  • Experience consulting with hiring managers in all matters relating to recruitment/staffing.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills including written communications is required.
  • Demonstrated positive track record in conducting effective and timely employment searches for an organization undergoing rapid change.
  • Ability to motivate and engage others to achieve staffing goals.
  • Ability to educate hiring managers and leadership on the recruiting process.
  • Must pass preemployment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
