We are seeking an experienced Multimedia Specialist to join our Professional Development department.We are looking for an innovative and positive individual who is a team player and is passionate about learning and development. The successful candidate will have proven eLearning development experience with the ability to put learning into the hands of employees anytime anywhere. Indepth knowledge of learning & technology and an understanding of emerging trends will enable your success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Applies adult learning methodologies to deliver instructorled courses or programs.
- Develops and maintains eLearning materials using rapiddevelopment tools and existing templates.
- Creates storyboards for both online and video materials.
- Records/edits audio & video; Creates graphic design elements posters infographics etc.
- Provides companywide support and consultation services on all matters related to learning and development initiatives at PCL.
- Completes the analysis design development implementation evaluation and maintenance of entrylevel to intermediate behavioral and technical courses or programs.
- Monitors and assess learners development and assesses their learning.
- Acts as project lead for assigned initiatives and programs and applies the principles of project and time management to track tasks/deadlines for self and a small team.
- Consults with stakeholders about their project and ensures the final product meets the department and business requirements.
- Works with various support teams to effectively resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Postsecondary diploma / degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in developing eLearning programs. Experience using Articulate 360 Camtasia and Vyond is considered an asset.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience assisting in producing and editing video and audio learning objects using professional tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Audacity After Effects)
- Progressive experience in a corporate environment developing and maintaining elearning material.
- Additional designations considered an asset in the areas of learning and technology adult education and instructional design.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) functionality is considered an asset.
