Job Description
What will I be doing
Youll be part of a team who provides food service across the whole restaurant. In your role youll be tasked with looking after the guest from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving guests food & beverages within our restaurant areas.
- Ensuring restaurant is kept clean tidy and presentable at all times
- Providing consistently excellent levels of customer service
- Following opening procedures and ensuring preservice mise en place is completed efficiently.
- Ensuring youre compliant for all H&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
- Working as part of a larger team
What are we looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience as a waiter(ess) ideally gained in a hotel environment or similar.
- A customer service focussed mindset and obsession with delivering high quality service.
- Selfmotivation and a proactive approach.
- Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
