What to expect.
We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to offer both clinical and administrative support to clinicians at the OMHC in Hagerstown. You will oversee clinical supervision ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage client treatment from intake to discharge. Additional responsibilities include providing oversight for new client intakes diagnostic evaluations and therapy for a small caseload of clients.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed clinicians and interns.
- Train staff on evidencebased practices and support burnout prevention.
- Assist with crisis intervention and emergency petitions.
- Conduct Same Day Access evaluations facilitate groups and carry a small caseload.
- Provide supervision to interns and ensure compliance with clinical outcomes and treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical team meetings and collaborate on care plans.
- Complete required documentation and assist with program standards.
- Provide oncall support as assigned and ensure compliance with OMHC policies Maryland COMAR regulations and CARF standards.

What we need from you.
- Must be licensed in Maryland as a:
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Licensed Certificated Social Worker Clinical (LCSWC)
- Possess the Approved Clinical Supervisor Credential.
- Proven leadership abilities in managing and motivating clinical teams.
- Ability to supervise clinicians and interns with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and foster a traumainformed collaborative culture.
The pay range for this position is $85000 minimum to $87550 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to license and years and level of related experience.
