Job Description

Our portfolio includes charttopping games like Mob Control and Block Jam alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
Youll be working on Wizz a social app specifically designed for teens boasting over 3 million monthly active users in the US and UK. Wizz is a friendfinding and chat app where young people can safely express themselves and connect with likeminded peers in an authentic pressurefree environment. Unlike other social media platforms that focus on followers posts or passive consumption Wizz offers young people a space to have meaningful 1:1 conversations with peers.
As a member of a highperforming team of 20 youll collaborate to further scale and enhance Wizz fostering a spirit of goodwill and creativity. As Wizz continues its dynamic growth and development we are seeking an ambitious Operations Associate intern to join.
Role
- eReputation management : Actively engage in initiatives to boost Wizzs online reputation Monitor and address online feedback to continuously improve user perception)
- Regulation and compliance: Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to guidelines and user safety Help to maintain a clear understanding of digital and social media regulations to uphold our platforms standards
- Safety and moderation: Liaise with bestinclass partners and tech solutions to ensure optimal safety within the app Monitor and assess potential risks working closely with our moderation partners
- Customer support: Assist in developing and refining customer support processes Implement tools and automate user flows to enhance user experience Contribute to foster and maintain relationships with customer support partners ensuring consistent service quality
- Financial reporting and processes : Assist the Operations Manager in crafting comprehensive financial reports Aid in streamlining and managing financial operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analytics and Monitoring: Develop and manage operational dashboards to track performance metrics and key operational indicators.
Profile
- Last year of a Tier 1 business school or engineering (Master Grande cole)
- In search of 6 months Endofstudy internship
- Collaborative team player with adaptability in a startup environment
- Possesses a growth hacker mentality with analytical and datadriven structured approach
- Familiarity with the mobile growth ecosystem is a plus
- Excellent writing skills
- Native equivalent in both French and English
