F&B Service Expert / Food & Beverage associate
Are you a friendly confident and enthusiastic individual seeking a career in hospitality We have an exciting opportunity in our Food & Beverage team as an F&B Service Expert. You will be part of the Delta by Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and associates. You will also have access to our exclusive benefits and training opportunities! This role is paid 11.67 per hour.
Our jobs arent just about putting food on the table that our guests will enjoy until they ask for their bill. Our F&B Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables communicating with the kitchen interacting and serving guests or cleaning work areas and supplies the F&B Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.
Main Duties
- Promoting a welcoming environment.
- Gain a full product knowledge of hotel services/facilities all menu items and their service in order to maximize guest satisfaction and sales opportunities with each guest contact.
- Clean all areas of the F&B department to ensure that Marriott Brand Standards are maintained.
- To be flexible to work in all areas including executive lounge bar restaurant and room service
What do you need to apply
You do not have to have any specific qualifications in order to apply but desirable if you have at least 1 year of related work experience within hospitality. We look for enthusiasm ability to adapt well presented excellent attitude to work and flexibility to work all shift patterns.
