Job Description
Saratoga Medical Currently has an opening for a PARTtime Medical Social Worker position to work on Hanscom AFB in Bedford MA as part of the EFMP program department. This is a parttime 24 hours a week position with 3 days a week to be scheduled Monday through Friday. Days are flexible upon availability. Day shift only no weekends. Great position and opportunity to serve the military population and families. Position may become full time sometime next year.
Qualifications:
Degree/Education: Masters of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited graduate school of social work. OR in lieu of MSW a 4 Year/Bachelors degree in Social Work with two years of experience.
BLS certification required prior to start date
Experience: If applicable two years fulltime experience in care coordination discharge planning or case management in a medical setting within the last four years.
