Job Description
Description of the role:
The Integrated Care Clinic (ICare) Manager at Santa Maria Hostel is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the integrated care clinic. This role involves coordinating with healthcare providers ensuring highquality patient care and implementing strategies to improve clinic performance. Ability to converse with patients in Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
- Ensure the smooth daytoday operations of the clinic.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency.
- Manage clinic staff and provide leadership and guidance.
- Track and analyze clinic performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Masters in social work or directlyin related field.
- Previous experience managing a healthcare facility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- LMSW LPC LCSW or equivalent clinical license from the Texas Department of State Health Services.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role working in a clinic/healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
