Job Description
The Clinic Manager will work as part of a team to support all the Clinic providers and to work closely with the front office staff to ensure the best possible service is delivered to the Clinics patients. The Clinic Manager will assist in the hiring of new employees overseeing the training of new and existing employees addressing employee and customer complaints completing clinic staff evaluations excluding providers. Responsible for the daily operations of the clinic. This role also supports the work of the clinic with Patient Centered Medical Home and maintaining Rural Health Clinic status.
Qualifications :
What is required...
- Bachelors Degree; additional work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Five years of general administrative/clerical experience
- Two years of supervisory experience or equivalent
- Current computer experience (medium to expert level) in Microsoft products
What is preferred...
- Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional through the National Association of Rural Health Clinics
- One year of previous patient care
Additional Information :
Wage: Wage range currently starts at $37.49/hour and goes up to $57.00/hour. Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday through Friday occasional call on Saturdays
