Job Description
An opportunity to joina highly regarded Commercial and Corporate Finance team
Associate/Senior Associate Corporate Essex with hybrid working
Client
A fullservice modern thinking Legal 500 firma record of investing time and resource into helping people develop their own particular niche specialisms.
Role
You will join a highregarded multidisciplinary team dealing with matters including share and sale purchases management buy outs demergers and shareholder agreements
Deliver highquality advice as well as drafting and negotiations
You will take an active role in marketing and business development
Thepotential to be an Associate/Senior Associate position depending upon the experience of the successful candidate.
You
27 PQE with experience in Corporate and Commercial law
Experience in handling a busy caseload whilst delivering succinct advice and excellent client care
A desire to play a key role in the future development of the firm and the team.
Ideally you will have experience in or an interest in (with support) developing a specialism within the Corporate Commercial arena
