Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with a strong background in TOSCA test automation. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of handson experience in Quality Assurance with specific expertise in Salesforce applications and TOSCA for test automation. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the delivery of highquality Salesforce solutions while leveraging TOSCA to automate test processes improving efficiency and reducing defects.Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Testing: Perform functional regression integration and performance testing on Salesforce applications to ensure highquality releases.TOSCA Test Automation: Design develop and execute automated test scripts using TOSCA Test Suite. Develop and maintain reusable test components.Test Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with business analysts developers and stakeholders to understand the functional requirements and create a comprehensive test strategy for Salesforce projects.Defect Management: Identify log and track defects using defect management tools. Work closely with developers to ensure timely defect resolution.Salesforce Configuration Testing: Validate configurations and customizations within Salesforce including Apex classes Visualforce pages Lightning components and Salesforce APIs.EndtoEnd Testing: Execute endtoend testing cycles across various Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud etc. to ensure seamless integration and user experience.Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to the testing process tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Reporting & Documentation: Generate and maintain test reports defect logs and test results documentation to keep stakeholders informed about quality progress.Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Salesforce developers business analysts and project managers to ensure alignment and proper test coverage.
