Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI data visualization and data modeling and will work closely with stakeholders to develop interactive reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Connect clean and transform data from various sources such as SQL databases Excel and cloudbased applications.
- Develop data models and DAX calculations to optimize reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and security in reporting solutions.
- Automate reporting processes and optimize performance for large datasets.
- Provide user training and support for Power BI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Information Systems or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Strong understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M language).
- Experience in SQL queries and database management.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights in a clear and visually appealing manner.
- Knowledge of ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Azure Synapse Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience in financial sales or operational reporting.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
