A leading business based in Bridlington is currently seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. On offer is a competitive salary of up to 38000.
As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing daytoday transactional processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Overseeing the accounts payable and receivable functions
- Supporting monthend and yearend closing processes
- Managing and mentoring a small team ensuring high performance and development
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations
To be successful in this Finance Manager role you will ideally have:
- Proven experience in transactional accounting or finance management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
