THE ROLE:
Autostore is hiring the second member of our newly created Partner and Customer Marketing Team. In this newly created function you will work to empower our partner organizations as they sell AutoStore solutions globally. AutoStores partners sell the AutoStore product suite on our behalf and enabling them is key to our go to market goals. At Autostore your focus will be on integrating with the internal marketing divisions of these partners building/refining their marketing collateral identifying ways we can help them and ensuring they have what they need to win in the market.
This role is an in office role and can be based out of any of our European offices including Ulm Graz Lyon Nottingham Milan or Madrid.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement comarketing strategies aligned with AutoStores and partners business goals
Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all partner marketing materials and channels.
Create a framework and content guidelines for how AutoStore should be represented on partner websites ensuring consistency accuracy and proper linking to the AutoStore site.
Monitor and maintain brand integrity in collaboration with AutoStores overall brand guidelines.
Equip partners with the tools resources and content they need to effectively market and sell AutoStore solutions.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including brochures presentations and product documentation tailored for partners.
Develop training programs and materials to educate partners on AutoStores products value proposition and marketing strategies.
Act as an advisor to Regional Marketing Managers in activating partner initiatives and setting KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and support for partners.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends opportunities and potential challenges within the partner landscape.
Analyze the effectiveness and ROI of partner programs making recommendations for datadriven improvements.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of experience in marketing within a B2B environment.
1 years of experience building marketing programs for external organizations.
Excellent timemanagement and organizational abilities.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data for marketing decisionmaking.
Excellent English communication skills are required.
Bachelor or Masters degree in marketing advertising business or a related field
