Job Description
- Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Receive cash checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
- Reconcile cash drawer daily.
- Promptly and efficiently answer multiline switchboard and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
- Maintenance and Filing of Service Repair Orders Parts Counter Tickets Hard Copies.
- Perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers.
- Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Team playerfocused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced work environment
- Detail oriented with strong organizational andcommunication skills
- 18 years of age or older required
