**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a PartTime Receptionist to join our team at Payne Mission. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting clients answering phone calls and performing various administrative tasks as needed. This position is parttime and requires exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail
**Responsibilities:**
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
Provide basic information to clients and visitors
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry filing and photocopying
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with other clerical duties as assigned
