- Restaurant leadership in all aspects of the store knowledge and understanding of operations in Front of House and Heart of House.
- Increasing inside sales working with the team to promote new products strategic suggestive ordering and organizing instore events
- Growing the brand introduce ChickfilA to surrounding businesses community groups schools and influencers
- Training developing and team building
- Creating connections with our guests
- Increase overall restaurant results working crossfunctionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting highlevel collaborative goals
