We are seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will manage our payable and receivable accounts for multiple dealership locations. The position requires basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining proper accounts payable and receivable records
- Assures account invoices are processed accurately payments made and collection of receivables are done in a timely manner
- Maintains contact with the customers and vendors
- Review records to ensure completeness accuracy and timeliness
- Files within the appropriate file system all dealership forms records reports correspondence or other important material
- Assist Controller with all other office duties and serve as a backup where needed
- Maintains professional appearance and neat work area
Qualifications:
- Previous AP/AR experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail is a must with the ability to switch between stores
- CDK experience is a plus (DMS)
- Ability to work effectively with customers vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
