You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPlay an active role in achieving Unitings Strategic Objectives and lead the delivery and development of highquality Residential Services in the Wimmera.
Provide care and support to children and young people who present with complex needs and challenging behaviours and leadership to team leaders and support workers. You will develop strategies to ensure children and young people are successfully transitioned and integrated into the home.
Your expertise in providing hands on support guidance coaching leadership and empowerment to the staff in the homes will enable you to promote and maintain a positive respectful and enthusiastic work environment.

In addition to your base hourly rate (SCHADS Level 8 and super youll also receive 17.5 leave loading and the ability to increase your takehome pay by accessing up to $15900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as groceries bills clothing streaming services and much more.
