What you will be responsible for:
The Payroll and Benefits Specialist processes biweekly payroll using Paylocity ensuring accuracy compliance and timely reporting. This role manages payroll activities administers employee benefits reconciles benefit deductions generates reports and collaborates with finance. Additionally the Payroll & Benefits Specialist addresses employee payroll and benefits inquiries ensures compliance with benefits regulations and supports HRIS improvements.
