WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Creating writing and developing new elearning courses and editing existing content in one or more of Relias core verticals
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your specialty area and working with external SMEs in other areas.
- Collaborating effectively with internal departments who are involved in the course development life cycle
- Managing multiple priority projects efficiently and effectively
YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- A masters level ACOTEaccredited occupational therapist education program with an active OT license required in good standing
- 5 years as an occupational therapist with at least 2 years working with older adults; a combination of acute care and postacute care experience is preferred
- Strong written and communication skills; ability to write for various audiences and in various styles
- Computer/Technical literacy (Microsoft Office internet browsers etc.
- Experience in training development/delivery
