Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customerfocused Server to join our team at 88 Tacticals
Founders Club Restaurant. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fastpaced environment possess excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
Greeting guests as they arrive seating them and presenting menus
Taking food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system
Checking on guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
Answering questions about menu items and making recommendations
Upselling menu items to increase sales
Handling cash and credit card transactions and making change accurately
Cleaning and resetting tables between customers
Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
Assisting with other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills and a friendly outgoing personality
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tables simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and cashhandling skills
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends is required
