Employment Senior Associate
Location: Bristol
Salary:per annum (DOE)
Our Client aleading national law firm is looking for a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer to join its Bristol office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and highvalue employment law cases advising clients across a range of industries including technology fintech and life sciences.
The Role
- Lead on tribunal claims TUPE processes and workplace investigations.
- Advise on employment contracts policies settlement agreements and redundancies.
- Provide strategic employment law advice ensuring clients remain compliant with UK legislation.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships identifying business growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of legislative changes advising on compliance diversity and inclusion.
- Contribute to business development delivering training sessions and thought leadership.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members fostering a collaborative team environment.
About You
- 6 years PQE in employment law ideally from a City or national law firm.
- Strong track record in both contentious and noncontentious employment matters.
- Excellent drafting negotiation and advisory skills.
- A commercially focused solicitor with a proactive approach to business development.
- Experience working with clients in innovative industries is desirable.
