Data Specialist Delivery Support Internal Candidates Only

Job Overview: The Data Specialist Delivery Support will assist in the daytoday operations of our Delivery Support department focusing on data analytics to enhance realtime decisionmaking. This role is designed to improve delivery lifecycle management optimize fulfillment and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and provide insights based on data from delivery routes customer queries and operational activities.
• Support the Delivery Support team by identifying key data trends that can improve delivery accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in monitoring the delivery lifecycle from courier acceptance to proof of delivery identifying areas for improvement.
• Generate and maintain reports on delivery performance highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless data integration across platforms and operational processes.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple data streams and tasks.
• Proactively communicate data findings and consistently provide recommendations to improve overall delivery operations.

• Prior customer service experience and some logistics/dispatching experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and how it can drive operational improvements.
• Strong computer proficiency with webbased applications and data analytic tools including PowerBI and advanced Excel. Must have experience creating PowerBI reports.
• Programming foundations and supply chain management certifications strongly encouraged.
