The Role:
- Provide leadership in financial planning budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports and analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Oversee financial operations including audits and financial risk management.
- Support strategic initiatives with financial insights and recommendations.
The Person:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years commercial experience at the Management Accountant level.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Indepth knowledge of accounting principles financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
