We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to help grow our booming service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fastpaced and professional workplace.

Ideal Qualifications Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- People focused with a positive attitude
- Committed to providing worldclass customer service
- Ability and desire to work in a fastpaced fun environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong work ethic
- Proficient technology and computer skills
- Valid Drivers License and a good driving record
- Must be able to pass preemployment drug screen and background check
- Professional experience in a similar role preferred
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Greet customers promptly.
- Obtain customer and vehicle information.
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age mileage and vehicle history.
- Preparecomplete and accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts.
- Establish followup time with customer.
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day updating customers frequently.
- Verify that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order.
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
- Additional miscellaneous duties as needed.
