Vado Port System also known as Vado Gateway is made up of two well integrated terminals: Reefer Terminal and its new semiautomated container terminal.
With the launch of the new platform in 2019 Vado Ligure became the first semiautomated port in Italy with a fully automated gate and stacking yard.

We are currently looking for the Equipment Engineer Internship) for our team based in Vado Ligure Italy. The Equipment Engineer will report to the Equipment Manager.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coding of spare parts according to company procedures
Entry of consumption on the corporate digital platform
Entry of purchase requests on the corporate digital platform
Fill of documents for requests for services from suppliers
Organization of access permits for external suppliers
Organization of M&R team meeting
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
To be successful in this role you should have a deep interest and knowledge of Engineering with preference for the Mechanical or Electrical or Industrials field.You should be a structured driven selfmotivating result orientedperson.
What could help you in this role is being highly disciplined following through on actions and ensuring necessary documentationis taken care of. In addiction to that if you are sensitive to cultural diversity or have experience in a multicultural environment and if you have good communication skills and ability to influence in Italian and English then you have great chances to be our next Equipment Engineer (Intern).
Location: The position is placed in Vado Ligure Italy. Hybrid working is possible.
