Youll be working in a challenging environment with people who have complex needs and who can be reluctant to engage. But when you help someone break the cycle and take real steps toward transforming their life its a great feeling.
About the Role:
Youll support individuals as they transition from prison back into the community. Through both 121 support and group sessions youll cover essential topics such as health and wellbeing goal setting and personal development to help them rebuild their lives.
Your support doesnt stop at releaseyoull continue to assist individuals in accessing vital services such as registering with a GP securing mental health support setting up a bank account and connecting with relevant community groups Youll be there every step of the way.
