Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team at RS Brothers Retail India Pvt Ltd. As a Visual Merchandiser you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing visually appealing displays to attract customers and enhance their shopping experience. This is a fulltime position based in Hyderabad Telangana India and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in visual merchandising.
Qualifications and Skills
- 13 years of experience in visual merchandising
- Strong creative and artistic abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards
- Knowledge of product management and retail operations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using visual merchandising software and design tools
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and set up visually appealing displays following the companys visual merchandising guidelines
- Create eyecatching window displays to attract customers and showcase new arrivals and promotions
- Arrange and organize merchandise on the shop floor to optimize space and enhance product visibility
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure displays and promotions align with the current marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to make necessary adjustments to the displays and layouts
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure stock availability and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques in visual merchandising
- Train and mentor junior visual merchandising team members providing guidance and support
