Role: Partnerships Manager Bangalore

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships Manager for our Bangalore office to drive admissions and build strong longterm relationships with universities and colleges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnerships preferably within the education sector with a strong focus on admissions generation through a team of callers. A deep understanding of the local education landscape specifically in higher education institutions and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Build manage and nurture relationships with key university and college stakeholders in Bangalore to drive enrollment and partnerships for IIDEs various programs.
- Identify and establish new partnerships with educational institutions to expand IIDEs reach and brand presence.
- Work closely with universities colleges and other educational bodies to understand their requirements and propose relevant programs ensuring both academic and commercial success.
Admissions and Enrollment Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies for student admissions via a team of callers ensuring targets and deadlines are consistently met.
- Work with the team to track optimize and refine lead generation strategies ensuring maximum conversion from inquiries to enrollments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that target prospective students in the region.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for universities and colleges to ensure smooth communication and to address any concerns or requirements.
- Develop and manage partnerships to maintain strong relationships and high levels of satisfaction with key stakeholders including university administrators and faculty members.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Maintain detailed records of all partnerships progress and key performance metrics related to admissions and student enrollments.
- Report on weekly monthly and quarterly performance to senior management providing insights and suggesting improvements.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal teams and external stakeholders highlighting success stories challenges and strategies.
Team Management:
- Lead and guide a team of callers in Bangalore providing them with training support and the necessary resources to meet admissions targets.
- Motivate and empower the team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a high level of productivity and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
MustHave:
- 4 years of experience in partnerships business development or admissions management preferably in the education sector.
- Strong background in working with universities colleges or educational institutions with an understanding of how admissions processes work.
- Proven ability to manage and drive admissions through a team of callers.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on measurable outcomes and targets.
- Fluent in English and Kannada (native or strong proficiency preferred).
ShouldHave:
- Experience in the EdTech or Higher Education sector is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in managing crossfunctional teams and driving collaboration.
NicetoHave:
- Knowledge of other regional languages in Karnataka would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and admission software.
Education:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
